5.00 Grotton Revisited: Planning in Crisis?

Revelations by the authors:

Steve Ankers, David Kaiserman and Chris Shepley
Launched at the Planning Convention, “Grotton Revisited” is an entirely serious examination of the workings of the planning system in the almost entirely fictitious County of Grotton, recently ranked as “average with moderate prospects of remaining average” in the Comprehensive Area Assessment. Written by Steve Ankers, David Kaiserman and Chris Shepley (planners of vast experience and dogged optimism), “Grotton Revisited” is suitable for planners of all ages and anyone who wants to understand how the system really works.

5.30 Close of Convention by President.
