Planning Convention 2012

Planning 2012: Making It Work!

Exhibition & Sponsorship

'Branding vs networking'

The reason for sponsoring an event varies from company to company. To ensure you get the best out of our sponsorship packages we have developed two key areas to concentrate on - branding and networking.

If there are key planners in the industry you would like to speak to then the Networking option will be better for you. Alternatively, if you are a new company, branching out into new areas or just want as many people as possible to see your logo in conjunction with the flagship event for planners then the Branding option will be more relevant.

Branding packages

Sponsors taking advantage of the Branding Basic Package will want to ensure that their logo is as visible as possible to both the 250 delegates on the day of the Planning Convention as well as the tens of thousands of people who receive promotional literature regarding the Convention before the event. The two key methods of promoting your organisation are through exhibition and branding.

Further information on the branding packages can be found here.

Networking packages

Sponsor’s taking advantage of the networking packages will have the opportunity to sponsor one of the highly popular 'special interest sessions' taking place at the 2012 Convention.  In collaboration with the RTPI, the sponsor will generate the workshop or mini-plenary content and will also provide the speakers. The sessions run for approximately one hour and can be either an interactive forum for debate or lecture based.

Further information on the networking packages can be found here.
